We are excited to announce our expansion to the unit North of us. This will add another 3,000 sq. ft. of space for our members to use. Artificial turf, another rig, & more equipment. We are also looking into adding Open Gym Access for this space once completed.

At CrossFit 970, we strive to provide you with a world-class crossfit experience. This starts with providing a clean facility and high-quality equipment.
our facility includes:
- Strength training equipment: barbells, free weights, squat racks, GHDs, benches, resistance machines, cable machines, weightlifting platform
- Gymnastics equipment: 3 large rigs, gymnastics rings
- Cardio equipment: Echo bikes, Assault runners, C2 bikes, rowers, ski ergs, stair climber
- Specialty equipment: dumbbells, kettlebells, jump ropes, medicine balls, ab mats, plyometric boxes, climbing ropes
- Recovery equipment: foam rollers, resistance bands, crossover symmetry, lacrosse balls, PVC pipes

- Men's restroom
- Women's restroom (with baby changing station)
- 2 Shower rooms - stocked with shampoo & body wash
- Member lockers
- Athlete Lounge - massage chairs & ping pong table
