MOVEMENT FOR EVERY AGE & STAGE
YOUTH
Our Kids CrossFit program is designed for ages 7–12 and focuses on building confidence, coordination, strength, and healthy habits in a fun and supportive environment. Through age-appropriate workouts, games, and teamwork, kids will stay active while learning the fundamentals of fitness.
Classes are held every Tuesday from 2:00–3:00 PM.
TEENS
Our Teen Summer CrossFit program is built for teens looking to stay active, get stronger, and build confidence in a positive and encouraging environment. Athletes will learn proper movement mechanics, improve overall fitness, and have fun alongside their peers through challenging workouts and team-based training. This program also helps support performance in other extracurricular activities and team sports by improving strength, endurance, coordination, and athleticism.
Classes are held Wednesdays from 9:45–10:45 AM.
June 3 - July 29, 2026 (no class week of July 4th)
MOMS
Our Moms CrossFit class is designed to help women build strength, increase energy, and prioritize their health in a welcoming and supportive community. Whether you’re new to fitness or experienced in the gym, workouts are scalable for all levels and focused on functional movements that support everyday life. Come move your body, connect with other moms, and leave feeling stronger both physically and mentally.
Classes are held Tuesdays from 1:15–2:00 PM.
